About the Role

As a Talent Associate, youll focus on sourcing and pipelining exceptional candidates across multiple sectors, supporting our delivery teams with capability where it matters most. This role is people-drivenideal for someone curious, commercially aware, and eager to think creatively about how to connect the right people to the right projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and pipeline candidates across technology, digital, business, transformation, financial services, and legal
  • Deliver consistently against KPIs: calls, CRM updates, candidate pipelines, and placements
  • Build candidate networks with a long-term capability view
  • Support Account Managers with resourcing activity and project delivery
  • Contribute to sourcing process improvements, templates, and efficiencies

Skills & Capability Requirements

  • 25 years experience in sourcing or talent acquisition (in-house or consultancy preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills: enjoys conversations, builds trust quickly, and shows genuine curiosity
  • Organised, able to manage priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • Business and financial literacy, with an eye for process and value
  • No degree requiredintelligence, acumen, and problem-solving matter most to us.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience building talent pipelines across multiple disciplines
  • Familiarity with CRM and ATS systems
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools
  • Strong written communication for outreach and candidate engagement
  • An interest in continuous improvementfinding smarter ways to source, track, and engage candidates

Additional Details

  • Compensation: £24,000£27,000 base + placement driven commission.
  • Benefits: Company pension, private medical insurance, company events, discretionary additional Bonus.
  • Location: Farnborough office, minimum 3 days per week (non-negotiable)
