About the role

We're looking for a Head of Finance who sees numbers as stories and thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll be a key business partner to our leadership team, turning financial data into insights that drive Snappymob's growth while ensuring rock-solid operations. You'll start with one direct report in accounting and have the opportunity to build a small, focused team as we grow. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to drive strategic decisions through financial analysis and comprehensive business insights.
• Develop long-term financial plans, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets aligned with growth objectives.
• Build financial models to evaluate scenarios and support key strategic initiatives.
• Serve as primary financial business partner to operational directors and department heads.
• Oversee client payment processes and optimize cash flow management.
• Lead monthly close processes and produce accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain general ledger integrity.
• Lead one direct report in accounting with opportunity to build a focused team.
  
• Manage tax compliance, coordinate annual audits, and maintain relationships with external advisors.

What would you need?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, financial modeling, and analysis.
• Proven experience leading finance teams and managing direct reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and financial systems.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• "Can-do" approach with flexibility to handle both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
