Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Project Managers from the interiors, fit-outs, or architecture industry who can oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage interior/fit-out projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and site schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare project status reports and manage documentation.
- Oversee procurement and material approvals.
- Manage project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (3 to 7+ years) in interior fit-out or architecture project management.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software.
