Role: Account Development & Partnerships Lead


We are currently hiring for a highly strategic, relationship-driven growth role with our client, a leading experiential technology company delivering immersive installations, experience centers, AV integration, interactive environments, museums, visitor centers, and large-scale technology experiences across the GCC and international markets.

Our client works with major government entities, global brands, cultural institutions, airlines, real estate developers, financial services groups, energy companies, luxury brands, and large-scale regional events and summits.

This role is focused on owning and growing key strategic accounts, building long-term partnerships, and driving recurring revenue growth across an already impressive client portfolio.

This is not a traditional account management or support role. It is a commercially driven growth position responsible for developing deep client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, securing annual contracts and retainers, and positioning the company as a long-term strategic technology partner rather than a one-time project vendor.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and expanding relationships across key enterprise and government accounts
  • Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and recurring revenue opportunities
  • Closing annual service contracts, maintenance agreements, and strategic retainers
  • Driving account expansion across experiential technology, AV integration, immersive media, and content solutions
  • Engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders and senior decision-makers
  • Supporting regional growth initiatives, particularly across the GCC and Saudi Arabia
  • Working closely with commercial, operations, and technical teams to ensure profitable and scalable growth
  • Contributing to long-term commercial strategy and recurring revenue development
  • The role carries a core target of generating AED 8 million annually from existing client relationships through account expansion and recurring business development.


We are looking for candidates with:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic accounts, partnerships, business development, or client growth roles
  • A strong track record of growing existing accounts and generating recurring revenue
  • Experience selling retainers, annual contracts, or long-term partnerships
  • Backgrounds within experiential agencies, event agencies, AV integration, exhibitions, brand activations, B2B services, marketing agencies, or related industries
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with strong revenue ownership mentality
  • GCC market exposure preferred
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage

What Success Looks Like in This Role

Over the first 12 months, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening strategic client relationships, unlocking expansion opportunities, and driving recurring revenue growth across an already impressive client portfolio.


Key success milestones will include:

  • Contributing toward an annual revenue target of AED 8 million through account expansion, recurring business, and strategic relationship development
  • Building structured relationship and growth plans across the top 15–20 strategic accounts within the first 90 days
  • Securing annual service agreements, retainers, or maintenance contracts, with a target of generating at least AED 500,000 in recurring annual revenue within the first 9 months
  • Identifying meaningful upsell and cross-sell opportunities across experiential technology, AV integration, immersive content, and support services
  • Increasing long-term client engagement, account retention, and overall account value
  • Establishing regular strategic reviews and deeper stakeholder engagement across key accounts
  • Supporting the company's transition from project-based delivery toward stronger long-term partnership and recurring revenue models
