Site Project Manager

Our client is a well-established Interior & Landscaping company delivering high-quality design, execution, and turnkey solutions across villas, apartments, offices, and outdoor environments.

They are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead on-site execution and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

Role Overview

You will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors and supervisors, and ensure smooth coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare material requirement lists based on drawings and BOQs
• Supervise fit-out supervisors and monitor daily/weekly targets
• Ensure timely project handover aligned with client commitments
• Coordinate with the design team to resolve technical clarifications
• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and labor discipline
• Resolve site challenges related to materials, labor, or execution
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates
• Liaise with procurement to ensure timely material delivery

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in interior fit-out / landscaping project management
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, and execution methodologies
• Excellent site coordination and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities
