Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing sales order processing, invoicing, internal coordination, and customer data management. The role ensures smooth order execution from receipt through dispatch while maintaining accurate documentation and system records.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Order Management:

  • Handle end-to-end sales order processing, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Sales Invoicing:

  • Prepare and issue sales invoices in line with company policies, pricing approvals, and customer requirements.

Sample Coordination:

  • Coordinate the dispatch and tracking of product samples in collaboration with sales, production, and logistics teams.

Sales Register & Reporting:

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales register, supporting daily tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.

Customer Master Data Management:

  • Create and maintain customer codes and master data in the system, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

Internal Coordination:

  • Liaise closely with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure product availability, timely dispatch, and smooth order fulfillment.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support role, preferably within manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
