Architect / Interior Designer

Our client is a well-established Interior & Landscaping company delivering high-quality design, execution, and turnkey solutions across villas, apartments, offices, and outdoor environments.

They are looking for a creative and technically strong Architect / Interior Designer to support their growing portfolio of high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for concept development, detailed drawings, client presentations, and ensuring smooth design-to-execution transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design presentations
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical documentation
• Conduct client consultations and understand project requirements
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with design vision
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
• Conduct site visits to ensure execution matches approved designs
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software
• Strong presentation and client interaction skills
• Experience in design-build environments preferred
