We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end fabrication operations for high-end brand activations, pop-ups, window displays, and experiential environments. This role will lead a large, multi-discipline factory of staff, delivering premium-quality projects for some of the worlds most prestigious luxury brands.

Responsibilities:

Factory Operations Management

  • Manage daily operations across all fabrication departments: Carpentry, Metal, Painting, Acrylic, and Finishing.
  • Oversee job allocation, scheduling, and workflow to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive efficiency, timely delivery, and premium quality standards across all production activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized factory environment at all times.

R&D and Prototyping

  • Lead prototyping and testing of new materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop innovative production solutions.

Project Delivery & Value Engineering

  • Deliver projects with a focus on speed, reliability, and uncompromised quality.
  • Apply value engineering to optimize costs, materials, and processes.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to translate technical drawings into flawless execution.

Workforce & Performance Management

  • Lead and motivate a diverse workforce of 300+ employees across multiple departments.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Build a culture of accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Workplace Standards

  • Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations and labor laws.
  • Uphold strict quality control, safety protocols, and workplace discipline.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of production/factory experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in luxury retail fabrication pop-ups, window displays, or experiential environments.
  • Strong command of AutoCAD with ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and industrial machinery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sustainable fabrication practices.
  • Experience with ERP or production management systems.
