Senior Project Manager (Events, Luxury Fit-Outs & Brand Activations)

We're Hiring: Senior Project Managers for our esteemed client, specialising in luxury, retail fit-out and events sector in UAE

Our client is a leading creative production company specializing in luxury retail, experiential environments, and bespoke brand activations.

They're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end brand activations, brand experiences, luxury events, high-end weddings, pop-ups, and experiential environments.

The candidate should be skilled in planning, executing, and delivering visually impressive and high-quality projects, often under tight deadlines and high client expectations.

Key Experience:

• Luxury Events: Weddings, fashion shows, brand launches, VIP experiences, and high-end private events.
• Luxury Brands Exposure: Experience working with Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, or similar premium brands, understanding the brand standards, attention to detail, and client expectations.
• Fabrication Knowledge: Hands-on understanding of set design, signage, props, furniture, décor, and installations, often requiring coordination with production and fabrication teams.
• Project Oversight: From concept to execution, including managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Client-Facing: Strong skills in client liaison, able to anticipate needs, manage expectations, and ensure flawless delivery.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills for multi-team coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving under pressure and adapting to last-minute client changes.
• Knowledge of project management tools and processes.
• Eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
• Comfortable with site supervision and logistics coordination.

Profile Fit:

• Has experience or watched high-end fashion weeks or luxury brand activations.
• Experience in high-pressure, detail-oriented, and client-focused events.
• Ideally familiar with fabrication, production, or custom installations used in luxury setups.
