HR Generalist – Dubai, UAE

We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist for a well-established, fast-growing organization in Dubai.

  • Working Days: Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, addendums, and other HR documents.
  • Coordinate visa, medical, Emirates ID, and other employee-related government processes with the PRO.
  • Prepare accurate payroll inputs, leave reports, and overtime summaries.
  • Maintain employee data and HR records using an HRMS such as Bayzat or equivalent systems.
  • Support UAE Labour Law compliance, HR audits, and employee file reviews.
  • Stay updated on relevant UAE labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, templates, and HR tools.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and management presentations.
  • Maintain confidential, accurate, and audit-ready HR records.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
  • UAE HR experience is strongly preferred; GCC experience is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, including WPS, end-of-service benefits, and relevant statutory requirements.
  • Experience with mainland and/or free-zone employment requirements.
  • Strong Excel and HR reporting skills.
  • Experience using Bayzat or another HRMS is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with accuracy.
  • HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is preferred.
