Our client is a market leader in the weighing scales industry, operational since 1918 in India, further to which they have established themselves within the Middle East region and headquartered in Dubai.

They are currently hiring a Junior Sales Executive-Field Sales, to actively pursue field sales, generate leads independently, build a solid customer base, and consistently achieve sales targets for their weighing scales and material handling divisions.

This role demands high energy, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to identifying and converting business opportunities in the UAE market. 

Principal Accountabilities: 

  • Independently generate leads and build new client relationships
  • Conduct field visits to prospect and pitch company products
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, demonstrate, negotiations, and order closures
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Keep CRM/sales records updated with lead status and follow-up actions
  • Identify new industries and business segments for potential penetration
  • Collect competitor intelligence and market feedback
  • Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, demos, and customer sites
  • Coordinate with service/technical team for solution-oriented selling
  • Provide daily sales reports to the reporting manager


Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering 
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on field sales experience in UAE in weighing scales, material handling equipments or similar industry
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition
  • Strong sales drive with a target-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi. Arabic is an advantage
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
