Our Recruitment Services are a key pillar of what we do - and we're now looking for a driven, energetic, and people-loving Business Development Executive to help us grow this arm of the business. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Identify and engage new business opportunities specifically for our Recruitment Services. 
• Connect with HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers across industries who need a trusted partner to find top talent. 
• From first contact to signed contract, you'll manage every step - prospecting, pitching, presenting, and closing. 
• Work with monthly/quarterly targets and keep your sales pipeline full and active. 
• Represent our brand at events, meetings, and industry gatherings - and tell our story with confidence. 

What We're Looking For 

• Experience in business development or sales ideally within a recruitment agency or HR solutions firm. 
• Deep knowledge of the UAE hiring landscape and know how to approach clients with solutions that work. 
• A strong communicator - persuasive, personable, and professional. 
• Organised, proactive, and goal-driven - you love ticking boxes and smashing targets. 
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and genuinely enjoy building relationships. 
• Driving license is a plus (because coffees with clients are better in person!).
