As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the company by connecting with potential buyers and sellers, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to company-generated leads, inquiries, and referrals
  • Present and prepare compelling presentations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Negotiate terms and prices with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and opportunities
  • Showcase properties to clients, highlighting unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns ethically in-line with our core values
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless, positive and holistic experience
  • Stay ahead of the curve and up-to-date on market trends, property developments, and industry regulations
  • Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends
  • Ensure compliance based on company guidelines and policies
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to turn challenges into growth opportunities
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to explore future business prospects


Professional Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate sales, both off-plan & secondary
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Proactive, can do and result driven attitude 
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent 
  • Proficient in English. Other languages such as Russian, Czech, German, French, Chinese, Hindi, Persian & Arabic will be advantageous 
  • Strong work ethic, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Familiarity with CRM software and online marketing tools
  • Valid UAE driver's licence 
  • Abide by the company's code of conduct, appear presentable, well-groomed and professional at all times 
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed
