Hiring: Visual Storytelling & Media Coordinator

We are currently hiring for a Visual Storytelling & Media Coordinator for our client, a purpose-driven and fast-growing organization building a specialized, safety-first, dignity-centered mobility platform serving People of Determination, healthcare ecosystems, accessible tourism, education, and community mobility sectors across the UAE and beyond
This is a high-accountability creative role for someone who goes beyond simply taking photos or videos. We are looking for a visual storyteller who can help shape brand perception, document meaningful moments responsibly, and create impactful content that reflects professionalism, empathy, accessibility, safety, and human-centered experiences.
The ideal candidate will be involved in capturing and producing content across:
- Healthcare and accessibility initiatives
- Conferences, events, exhibitions, and partnerships
- Executive leadership and organizational storytelling
- Community and social impact programs
- Corporate communications and brand-building initiatives
- Recruitment, training, and internal culture content
Key responsibilities include:
- Photography and videography across events, operations, partnerships, and organizational activities
- Producing high-quality reels, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, documentary-style content, and social media assets
- Editing and post-production including color correction, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and audio enhancement
- Supporting visual storytelling strategy and maintaining consistency across brand communication
- Creating content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, presentations, websites, proposals, and conferences
- Managing organized media libraries, backups, archives, and structured file systems
- Supporting event coverage, content planning, and institutional-grade media production
- Working closely with leadership on storytelling, strategic communication, and special projects
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized, proactive, and dependable
- Creative but also structured and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Strong in storytelling, visual judgment, and brand awareness
- Able to manage multiple shoots, edits, and deadlines simultaneously
- Emotionally intelligent and professional while working across sensitive environments and diverse communities
- Passionate about meaningful storytelling and long-term brand building
Experience in any of the following environments would be highly valuable:
- Healthcare or medical environments
- Accessibility or People of Determination initiatives
- Hospitality, tourism, or community-focused organizations
- Event and conference coverage
- Documentary-style storytelling
- Institutional or corporate communications
- Startup or entrepreneurial environments
Preferred Tools & Skills:
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, motion graphics, audio editing, social media optimization, professional camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment.
Portfolio link submission is mandatory as part of the CV.
Work Environment
This role may require on-site shoots, event coverage, occasional evening or weekend assignments, travel within the UAE, and coordination with operations, leadership, partners, and external stakeholders.
