Tele Sales Representative (Food ingredients / Bakery / Hospitality sectors)

Our client, a leading and highly reputed name in bakery ingredients and products, operating since 30+ years across 5 countries, are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Sales Representative to support sales growth by engaging with customers, generating leads, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and promotions.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team & from social media.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned departments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Prepare reports and submit performance updates to Line Manager.
• Support customer retention initiatives through regular follow-up calls.

Requirements

• Professional Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales support.
• Experience in food ingredients, bakery, or hospitality sectors will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers professionally.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Multi-lingual ability will be an added advantage.(English, Arabic & Hindi)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
  

Working Conditions
Full-time position based in Dubai.
Standard office working hours – Monday to Friday 08.00 AM until 05.30 pm.
