About the job Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Manufacturing/Trading Company)
Our client is a market leader in the weighing scales industry, operational since 1918 in India, further to which they have established themselves within the Middle East region and headquartered in Dubai.
They are currently hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, to support the sales team by managing day-to-day coordination, updating product information on the website, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and supporting price management.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams including sales, marketing, and product.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination
Handle daily sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups with customers. Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmations, dispatch updates, and delivery schedules. Maintain sales documentation and ensure timely communication with internal teams. Assist Sales Team to share Sales related documents when needed, like catalogues , quotation , SOA or any related literature. Assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards.
2. Website Product Updation
Update product specifications, features, images, and pricing on the company website. Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and up to date. Coordinate with product teams to gather the latest datasheets, certificates, and technical details. Work with marketing for layout improvements or new product launches on the website.
3. Commercial Control & Product Master Management
Maintain and update product pricing, discounts, and customer-specific price lists. Coordinate approval processes for price changes with management. Ensure price updates are reflected across CRM, website, catalogs, and sales tools. Maintain product master database including SKUs, variants, specifications, and classifications.
4. CRM Management
Ensure all leads, opportunities, and customer data are properly entered and updated in CRM by the sales team Monitor sales team usage and highlight gaps in data entry. Generate CRM-based reports for management review & MIS reports as per inputs from Sales Head. Maintain hygiene of CRM pipelines and follow-up reminders.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns, product updates, and customer communications. Coordinate with operations for stock availability, delivery timelines, and order planning. Support the management in any ad-hoc data analysis or tasks.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Good understanding of website content updating Experience with CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and data handling.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data.
- Basic understanding of product pricing and margins (preferred).
- Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or website/CRM management preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or trading company is an added advantage.
