F&B Sales Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE | Remote (Field & Office Meetings as Required)
Salary: Up to AED 10,000 depending on experience
Our client is a fast-growing Food & Beverage brand specialising in premium açaí products, established in 2015 and expanding across the UAE. They are looking to hire a Sales Executive to support market growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive brand presence within the F&B sector.
This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys field sales, building relationships, and growing a young, dynamic brand—while working in a flexible, remote setup.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying repeat and growth opportunities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across cafés, restaurants, distributors, and retail partners

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations (in person and remotely)

Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the F&B and health-focused product space

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Requirements

2–3 years of sales experience within the Food & Beverage industry

Experience selling to HoReCa, retail, or distributors is an advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working remotely with regular client visits and office meetings

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
