Our client is a global interior design firm with over 25 years of experience transforming spaces into meaningful brand and consumer experiences. Established by brand experts with a vision to connect design and commerce, the company now operates across North America, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia Pacific, known for its collaborative approach, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager, a motivated and results-driven professional to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be confident in client facing scenarios and skilled in identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Salary: Up to SAR 25,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Attend new business introductions
- Ability to travel nationally and where required internationally
- Present business to clients
- Nurture relationships with prospects and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Schedule and support client meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Track and report activity, performance, and results using CRM tools
- Confidence in articulating opportunities and sales pipelines internally
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in client facing business development / sales (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic
- Have a local network of relevant contacts
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead-generation tools is a 'nice to have'
