About the job Marketplace Operations Coordinator (Talabat & Delivery Platforms)
We are seeking a Marketplace Operations Coordinator for our client, to manage and execute day-to-day operations on Talabat and other delivery platforms.
The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth order flow, high platform uptime, and fast issue resolution, protecting daily revenue and service quality.
This is an execution-focused operations role, not marketing or strategy.

Salary: Up to AED 4,500 per month
Reporting Line
Reports to Management / Operations Lead
Focal Point Responsibility
This role is the single operational point of contact between:
- Talabat support & operations teams
- Internal dispatch, riders, and operations staff
- IT / POS or system support
- Management (for escalation only)
Key Responsibilities
1. Talabat & Platform Operations
- Handle daily operations on Talabat and similar platforms
- Communicate with Talabat support regarding Order issues, Delays and cancellations, Store or fleet availability issues, Missing or incorrect payouts (first-level follow-up)
- Track all cases until closure
2. Order Flow & Operations Coordination
- Monitor live orders and performance
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and riders to ensure, Orders are accepted and delivered on time, Delays are minimized, Cancellations are controlled
- Follow up continuously until issues are resolved
3. IT, System & Menu Coordination
- Coordinate order system accuracy (menus, pricing, availability where applicable)
- Report and follow up on, System downtime, Integration or sync issues, Order flow interruptions
- Document incidents clearly with evidence
4. Platform Compliance & Discipline
- Ensure compliance with platform rules and SLAs
- Prevent Penalties, Account warnings, Rating drops caused by operational failures
5. Reporting & Monitoring
- Prepare Daily operational summary, Issue and escalation log
- Submit Weekly performance summary to management
- Flag repeated problems with clear data
Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years hands-on experience with Talabat or similar platforms
- Experience managing live orders and delivery operations
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Basic understanding of delivery SLAs and platform workflows
