Role Overview
As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will ensure seamless service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within scope.
This role requires someone who understands retail dynamics, activation timelines, and multi-channel campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs
- Oversee campaign execution across advertising, digital, retail, and production verticals
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Address client concerns promptly and manage escalations professionally
- Work closely with sales, creative, operations, and production teams
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for account growth
- Support client retention and long-term relationship development
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in client servicing within retail, advertising, or marketing agencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a deadline-driven environment
- Commercially aware with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of retail activations, merchandising, or production workflows is an advantage
