Director of Operations

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and operations-driven leader to oversee our cross-functional teams and ensure seamless delivery across projects, partnerships, and production. This role requires a unique blend of operational excellence, technical understanding, and creative sensibility. You will play a central role in shaping the future of the company by optimizing workflows, building key relationships, and enabling our creative and technical teams to do their best work.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations across departments
• Oversee project delivery from handover to execution
• Streamline workflows, SOPs, and internal systems
• Build and manage strategic technology partnerships
• Support sales, business development, and negotiations
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team

What We're Looking For

• 7 to10 years experience in operations, project delivery, or production leadership (creative tech/AV/experiential agency preferred)\
• Background in engineering, creative technology, or related field is highly valued
• Strong technical and creative sensibility
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with immersive tech, AV hardware, or creative coding is a big plus
• Natural leader with high emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented mindse
• Detail-obsessed, process-driven, but agile and able to pivot fast when needed
• Clear communicator, able to work closely with C-level executives, clients, and field technicians alike
• Driven by impact, not ego. Loves turning chaos into clarity
