Business Development Manager (Interior Fit-Outs)

We are hiring for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client, a fast growing Interior design and fit-out business, to oversee multiple interior fit-out and design projects across UAE. 

The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in securing highvalue interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 
• 3-8 years of experience in sales/business development in the interiors fit-out industry. 
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. 
• Strong network of contacts within real estate, construction, and interior design sectors. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously. 
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage. 
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. 
• UAE experience only. 
• Valid drivers license.
