Production Engineer (Joinery)

Position: Production Engineer

Salary Range: AED 7,000 – 11,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with Project Managers to align production with project schedules
• Planning, monitoring, and following up workshop production for all project elements
• Reviewing shop drawings and ensuring production readiness
• Liaising with procurement for timely material availability
• Supervising site execution to ensure quality, accuracy, and smooth installation
• Acting as a link between factory and site teams to resolve execution challenges

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Production / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of workshop production and site installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Hands-on, coordination-driven, and site-oriented approach
