Procurement Specialist

Our client is a full-service marketing and communications partner delivering a 360º synthesis of Traditional Advertising, Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing & Events, Visual Merchandising & Fabrication, and Retail Promoter Solutions.

They are expanding their production and fabrication operations and seeking a Procurement Executive with experience in sourcing materials for advertising, signage, and fit-out projects.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating supplier contracts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of materials for production and client projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the UAE supplier market and can manage procurement efficiently under tight campaign timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source materials for signage, printing, fabrication, and advertising projects

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers for cost, quality, and reliability

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Prepare and manage purchase orders in line with company policies

• Coordinate with project, production, and accounts teams

• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages

• Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries

• Maintain supplier database and procurement documentation

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree

• 2–5 years of procurement experience (Advertising / Signage / Fit-out industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of UAE supplier network

• Experience sourcing materials such as wood, acrylic, vinyl, flex, metal, lighting components, etc.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

• Strong negotiation and cost-analysis skills

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi required; Arabic a plus)

• Valid UAE driving license preferred
