Our team consists of 50 passionate professionals, working with approx. 80 global and national brands. 

We're currently on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to join our Digital Team: a creative force that combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation. This is not your typical SM role. Think of it as part social media manager, part content creator, and part AI-savvy trend whisperer. It is a jack of all trades kind of role, for people who want to spark their creativity and combine it with their organizational skills.

Kindly note that only candidates with working experience at advertising agencies will be considered for this position.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned digital/social media projects
  • Create engaging visual and written content using Canva and other modern creative tools
  • Leverage AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini to enhance creative output
  • Oversee content calendars, campaign timelines, and performance reports
  • Ensure campaigns meet deadlines, KPIs, and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with creatives, media, and strategy teams
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and proactively suggest improvements or new content formats
  • Participate in client meetings and project reviews

Requirements:

  • A minimum work experience is important as follows:
    • EITHER at least 6 months in a fast-paced environment working with brands that have a marketing team of at least two full-time members
    • OR at least 1 year of work experience as a social media manager in any environment, working with brands that don't have full-time marketers
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends. Expect to be tested for this at the interview (and you will need it daily at work)
  • Proficiency in Canva (experience in more creative tools is a plus)
  • Comfort with using AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) in creative workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields is NOT needed. What is needed is knowing your stuff.
  • Good time and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines (again, you will be tested before making it to the shortlist for the position)
  • Good communication and presentation skills are a plus
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken, we have global clients)
  • A collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset
