Job Description:
Key duties and responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and deliver technology training sessions (in-person and virtual) tailored to diverse audiences.
- Create high-quality training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices in adult learning.
Training Service Managers found suitable will be required to hold and maintain a TSPV or TSPA clearance throughout the course of this work.
Essential criteria
1.1. Training Delivery Expertise o Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technology training programs for diverse audiences.
2.2. Technical Knowledge o Strong understanding of relevant software, systems, and digital tools, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
3.3. Instructional Design Skills o Ability to develop engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
4.4. Communication, Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate interactive sessions. o Experience collaborating with business units to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.
5.5. Adaptability and Problem-Solving o Capability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions.
6.6. Continuous Learning o Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in adult learning.
