In the delivery of the Programs of Work the Project Manager will:

• Manage the delivery of a small set of projects using the departments project management methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders, including senior executives, to plan and manage projects successfully.
• Ensure that the project delivers in alignment with the stated strategic directives.
• Undertake project governance, including, but not limited to:
• • project initiation, transition to BAU and closure,
  • scope, schedule, and delivery timeframe management,
  • reporting and presenting to Senior Executives, Program/Project Boards, and other governance bodies,
  • budget and financial management and reporting, and
  • active management of risks and issues.

Successful Project Managers will be required to hold and maintain a TSPV or TSPA clearance throughout the course of this work.

3.Ability to establish an agreed set of priorities, frameworks, and methodologies to deliver quality outcomes: ensure tools, templates and processes are adhered to experience delivering projects in various methodologies (Prince2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid) assisting with project related departmental financial processes.
