The APS5 Identity Engineer (Labour Hire) plays an important role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function. This position is primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions tailored to the organisation's internal workforce within a Cloud environment. The APS5 Identity Engineer (Labour Hire) collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure that IAM solutions align with security standards, compliance regulations, and the core purpose of the NDIA, demonstrating a positive attitude towards people with disability.

Key duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions for the internal workforce, focusing on user authentication, authorisation, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions.
  • Configure and manage IAM features, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and security best practices.
  • Optimise IAM solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and implement automations to enhance IAM capabilities and streamline administrative tasks.
