This is a remote role that can be based out of any city on the eastern seaboard.

Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving adoption of our clients SaaS rental software solutions. This role will oversee a team that includes a Sales Manager and account executives, and will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and other senior leaders to align sales strategies with business goals. This position encompasses solution-based sales to prospective clients, strategic management of account relationships, and the development of partnerships and industry connections.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Selling
- Define and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across on-premises, SaaS, and PaaS offerings.
- Provide guidance to and participate in deal/opportunity management and negotiation.
- Identify the problems our customers need to solve in order for their business to succeed and match the appropriate product and/or service Wynne can provide to solve those problems
- Team management
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, including a sales Manager and direct reports to propel and close opportunities.
- Refine/expand, monitor and improve on establish KPIs and performance metrics to track team effectiveness and pipeline health.
- Develop annual performance scorecards for sales team members. Coach team members on performance to support their annual scorecards and sales workflow to propel and close opportunities
- Marketing Development
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align campaigns, messaging, and lead generation to facilitate pursuit of each strategic sales opportunity – current customer opportunities and net new prospect opportunities with sales objectives in mind.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Support setting sales forecasts as well monitoring, presenting and achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Executive teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Obtain positive references from the customer based on their success as a result of leveraging products and services referencing back to original goals obtained by sales. Manage metrics to report on ROI.
- Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Build on existing and develop new relationship within industry and strategic partners.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Education:
- Graduation from High School and preferably a Post-Secondary Program earning a Certificate / Diploma / College Degree for example Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
- At least 5+ years of sales experience of which 2+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role within the ERP or enterprise software industry.
- Strong understanding of software industry and delivery models (on-premise, SaaS, PaaS).
- Ideally have established relationships within the rental or construction industry.
- Proven contract negotiation experience and closing six & seven figure deals with large enterprise customers.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with operational stakeholders/ C-suite
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop long-term, trusted client relationships
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Interest in or working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in enterprise software and sales enablement.
- Proficient in CRM sales tools e.g. Salesforce
