The company is an exciting and traditional high-tech company. Divided into several differently aligned business units, new product solutions that can contribute to significant solutions are constantly being brought to market.
Tasks
- Global responsibility for a technical services business for the entire Business Unit product portfolio. Steering of the 1st level service fulfillment organizations with ~ 1.200 people in about 25 countries
- Responsibility for the management of service business partners in about 10 countries
- Particular focus will be to drive the transformation of our services business and further develop our organizational structures to be ready for remote and digital service models
- Fully embedded in the Global service community across our different business segments
Requirements
- Technical Masters degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of work experience, in parts in technical service, service & business development; decent leadership experience; international experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, analytic, strategic and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and high degree of independence
- Living the company values, proven capability to drive and moderate business transformation & change at scale; ambassador for a truly global team set up
- business fluent knowledge of English and German, further languages are of advantage
- Experience in traditional and digital service operations; Intrinsic curiosity for new digital technologies and services
