Head of Strategy (m/f/x)

The company is an exciting and traditional high-tech company. Divided into several differently aligned business units, new product solutions that can contribute to significant solutions are constantly being brought to market.

Tasks

• Develop strategies for the positioning and development of the strategic business unit (short, medium and long-term planning)
• Conducting market and competition analyses
• Analyze and evaluate business opportunities
• Actively drive and be accountable for key business development initiatives
• Demonstrate leadership abilities
• Identify, analyze and evaluate investment goals and strategic cooperations and actively drive M&A transactions together with the group-level Strategic Corporate Development team

Requirements

• Masters degree in natural sciences, engineering or business administration
• Strong background in strategy, planning and/or finance
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• At least 4-5 years total professional experience and responsibility in a related functional area of a complex and international business environment, e.g. as management consultant or in the high-tech industry
• Professional experience on project manager level
