Director Sales (m/f/x)

For the ambitious growth of a new sustainability and ESG Consulting focused start up, we are therefore looking for someone as soon as possible. You will work directly on the growth of the company by optimizing the financial administration base. You will work closely with the management team. For sure, you will contribute your own experience and knowledge.

Tasks

YOUR MISSION

• you are responsible for the expansion & execution of sales & marketing topics
• your core task: Complete the development of the sales and marketing department
• you are accountable for hiring new employees
• you are creating and setting up the marketing strategy
• you do the strategic development of the company in cooperation with the

management team

• P&L structure is your responsibility
• you will negotiate with partners & clients

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• you have 7-10 years of work experience
• you have 3 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility
• you have a background in sales and project management
• you are excellent at the handling of a fast past environments
• you have Startup experience
• you have excellent communication skills
• you are able to work KPI driven
• you have experience in sustainability or ESG
• you have real estate experience
• you work in a structured way
• you have negotiation skills
• you have an affinity for strategic and operational structures
• you are fluent in written and spoken English & German
