Sound & Lighting Technician

We are looking for an experienced Sound & Lighting Technician to join our team and deliver high-quality audio and visual experiences across our live entertainment venues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting professional sound, lighting, and AV equipment to ensure smooth and successful events. You will work closely with live bands, DJs, performers, and venue teams to create engaging entertainment experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate sound, lighting, and AV equipment for live events, performances, and entertainment programs.
• Manage audio systems, mixing consoles, microphones, monitors, and other technical equipment.
• Operate and program lighting systems, consoles, and effects to enhance performances.
• Support DJs, live bands, and performers with technical requirements before and during shows.
• Monitor sound and lighting quality throughout events and make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively during live performances.
• Carry out regular equipment checks, maintenance, and ensure all systems are working to a high standard.
• Work closely with the entertainment and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sound Technician, Lighting Technician, AV Technician, or similar role in a live entertainment environment.
• Strong knowledge of professional audio systems, lighting equipment, and live event production.
• Experience with digital audio consoles and lighting control systems.
• Experience supporting live bands, DJs, and entertainment performances.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night events.
