About the Role

Blended Wellness is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Spa Manager to lead our spa operations across Blended Wellness and Blended Mobile. Reporting to the Restaurants Director, this role is designed for a passionate leader who can balance guest experience with performance excellence driving revenue growth, team motivation, and service innovation.

The Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of spa performance from treatment standards and therapist development to new service launches and mobile operations ensuring every guest experience reflects Blended's philosophy of holistic wellbeing and modern luxury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the spa and Blended Mobile, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and profitability.
  • Drive treatment and retail revenue through smart scheduling, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Analyze daily performance reports, identifying opportunities to maximize therapist productivity and treatment utilization.
  • Oversee the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-treatment ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless, personalized, and aligned with Blended's wellness ethos.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase average spend per guest and repeat visitation.
  • Stay ahead of global spa trends, innovations, and treatment developments; introduce new concepts, technologies, and experiences that keep Blended at the forefront of the market.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the spa and mobile teams, fostering a culture of passion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Brand Standards Manager to ensure consistency in service delivery, presentation, and guest care.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and operational standards across all treatment areas, facilities, and mobile services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams on promotions, campaigns, and partnership activations to grow awareness and bookings.
  • Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and product rotation to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in spa management, preferably within premium or luxury wellness environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue and managing budgets.
  • Deep understanding of spa operations, treatment standards, and therapist training.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Passion for wellness, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of spa software and reporting systems.
  • Experience in mobile spa services or wellness-on-the-go models is an advantage.
