Front of House Positions

What You'll Do:

• Runner: Support the service team by quickly delivering food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests. Ensure orders are complete and presented professionally.
• Cashier: Handle customer transactions efficiently using a POS system, manage cash and card payments, and provide friendly, accurate service. Maintain a tidy checkout area and assists with guest inquiries.
• Entertainment Attendant: Engage with guests in entertainment or gaming areas to ensure a fun and safe environment. Assist with game operation, explains rules, and provide support as needed.
• Hostess: Be the first smile our guests see! Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure everyone has an amazing experience from the moment they walk in.
• Waiter/ess: Deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Keep everything running smoothly and make sure our guests are happy.
• Head Waiter/Head Waitress: Lead the team! Coordinate and support the waitstaff, address guest concerns, and ensure the service runs flawlessly throughout the day.
• Housekeeper: Maintain cleanliness and order in guest areas and facilities. Perform cleaning duties efficiently, replenish supplies, and ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus!
• You're a people person with excellent communication skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being on your feet
• You're a team player with a can-do attitude and passion for great service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
