What You'll Do
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

- Supporting or leading the team during busy service periods
- Assisting with menu development and team training (for senior roles)
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in restaurant or nightlife venues is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late hours
