OVERVIEW:
As a Social Media Executive at Solutions Leisure Group, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling, engaging, and innovative content that strengthens our online presence across various social platforms. You will play a key role in bringing the brands story to life through creative multimedia content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation:
- Develop and produce creative multimedia content including photos, videos, graphics, and animations that align with the brand's visual identity and tone of voice.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for use on various social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to brainstorm and create content that drives user engagement and aligns with social media goals.
- Design creative assets like graphics, memes, stories, and promotional content that encourage user interaction and sharing.
Content Planning & Strategy:
- Assist in the development and execution of content calendars for social media platforms.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the groups branding, campaigns, and business objectives.
- Stay current with the latest trends in social media, content creation, and digital marketing to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
- Create and maintain a content library to streamline future content production and publishing.
Audience Engagement:
- Monitor and engage with audience feedback on posts, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner.
- Work with the Social Media Manager to develop community-building strategies and build rapport with followers.
Collaboration & Brand Consistency:
- Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, PR, Creative, etc.) to ensure content is aligned with overall campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure all social media content is consistent with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media content using insights from platform analytics tools.
- Report on content performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights to increase engagement and reach.
On-Site Content Creation:
- Attend events, photoshoots, or activations to create on-the-ground, live content that engages followers in real time.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to produce content that aligns with brand objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in social media content creation, photography, videography, or a related field.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Understanding of social media platforms algorithms and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories visually.
