Reception Manager

Position: Reception Manager (Live-In | Company Accommodation Provided)

Location: Atlantis The Palm, Dubai

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Reception Manager to join our team at one of our venues located at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai. This is a live-in position, and company accommodation will be provided as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front desk and reception operations
• Lead, train, and supervise the reception team to deliver exceptional guest service
• Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reporting
• Uphold company standards, policies, and service excellence

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Reception Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Hospitality or luxury venue experience is a plus
