About the Role
Blended Wellness is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead our beauty operations with a focus on excellence, performance, and client experience. Reporting to the Restaurants Director, the Salon Manager will oversee day-to-day salon operations, team management, and service delivery, ensuring every guest leaves feeling their absolute best.
Working closely with our Brand Standards Manager, this role will be instrumental in redefining the salon experience within Blended driving technical standards, optimizing team performance, and elevating our reputation as a leading wellness destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage, coach, and develop the stylist and beauty teams, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.
- Monitor and drive stylist performance, service standards, and productivity targets.
- Oversee product rotation, inventory control, and supplier relations to ensure stock accuracy and optimal use of consumables.
- Work closely with the Brand Standards Manager to align the salon experience with Blended's service and aesthetic standards.
- Analyze and improve the client journey from appointment booking to post-service feedback ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Review and optimize staff schedules and service menus to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with internal trainers or external partners to enhance team skills.
- Collaborate with marketing and spa management teams to plan promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all salon operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience managing a high-volume, premium or luxury salon.
- Strong technical understanding of hair and beauty services, products, and stylist performance management.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive operational performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of salon software systems and scheduling optimization.
- Experience in wellness or spa environments is a plus.
