Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership for the Denver office and manage the local team.

Drive strategic planning initiatives and execute divisional objectives.

Expand the offices presence through business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and ensure successful project delivery.

Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Lead or contribute to strategic, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a bachelors degree in engineering; a masters degree or mechanical engineering specialization is advantageous.

Minimum of 10 years experience managing large, complex building projects.

Established network of contacts with owners, architects, and engineering firms in the Rocky Mountain region.

Strong skills in client engagement, team leadership, and strategic planning.
