Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for the Denver office and manage the local team.

  • Drive strategic planning initiatives and execute divisional objectives.

  • Expand the offices presence through business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

  • Lead or contribute to strategic, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a bachelors degree in engineering; a masters degree or mechanical engineering specialization is advantageous.

  • Minimum of 10 years experience managing large, complex building projects.

  • Established network of contacts with owners, architects, and engineering firms in the Rocky Mountain region.

  • Strong skills in client engagement, team leadership, and strategic planning.
