Position Overview:
We are seeking a Manager of Engineering to oversee and develop regional transmission line engineering teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, cost-effective engineering services. This leadership role also contributes to business development and company initiatives, including defining regional strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to achieve technical and professional excellence.

Support and drive business development efforts to grow the regional business.

Ensure teams uphold company values, brand standards, and ethical practices.

Oversee project execution, including engineering scope, change orders, schedules, and budgets.

Supervise transmission line design activities and enforce quality assurance and control measures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (required).

Professional Engineer (PE) certification (required).

15+ years of relevant engineering experience in consulting or electric utility environments (required).

Project management experience preferred, with knowledge of scope, schedule, and budget management.

Strong understanding of engineering and design evaluation practices.

Ability to develop and implement improved processes, methods, or tools for the transmission line team.
