Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field; PMP certification required.

Minimum of 12 years of substation engineering experience, including field experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and CAD software/methodologies.

Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
