SOLVi Recruitment is seeking expressions of interest from qualified Aged Care Assistants who want to be considered for future employer-sponsored opportunities with approved aged care providers in metropolitan NSW and the ACT.
âś… To be eligible, you must:
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or a recognised relevant qualification such as a bachelor or diploma in nursing)
- Have completed the Direct Care Skills Assessment through ANMAC
- Meet the English language requirements
- Be under 45 years of age at the time of visa application and remain under 45 after two years, to be eligible for permanent residency later
- Be committed to living and working in this region long-term in a full-time role
⚠️ Important migration note
Sponsorships under the Aged Care Labour Agreement begin with a 2-year temporary visa. To progress to permanent residency, candidates must hold the temporary visa for 2 years and still be under 45 when they apply for the permanent visa.
