SOLVi Recruitment is seeking expressions of interest from qualified Aged Care Assistants who want to be considered for future employer-sponsored opportunities under the Aged Care Labour Agreement.

We work with approved aged care providers across Australia who are authorised to offer employer sponsorship to skilled international candidates—when the right match arises.

✅ To Be Eligible, You Must:

• Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or recognised relevant qualification such as a bachelor/diploma in nursing)

• Have completed the Direct Care Skills Assessment through ANMAC

• Meet the English language requirements

• Be under 45 years of age at the time of visa application and remain under 45 after two years, to be eligible for a permanent residency visa later

• Be committed to living and working in Australia long-term in a full-time role

⚠️ Important Migration Note:

Sponsorships under the Aged Care Labour Agreement begin with a 2-year temporary visa.

To progress to permanent residency, candidates must:

• Hold the temporary visa for 2 years

• Still be under 45 years of age at the time they apply for the permanent visa

This is why age and long-term planning are critical to your success.
