Express Operation Staff

Position: Express Operation Staff

Workplace: Rama 4 / Bangna Area
Employment Type: 12 Month Contract (Renewable)
Working Hours: MON - FRI / 8:30 - 17:30 Full-time (100% Onsite)

- The first 2 Months at FYI; MON-FRI / 8:30-17:30 / Day Off SAT-SUN

- 3rd Month onwards at Onsite; TUE-SUN / 8:30-17:30 / Day Off SUN-MON

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with courier agents, warehouse, and transport teams.

• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

• Create and manage job orders in Cello Square system.

• Handle booking, manifest, and daily dispatch performance.

• Provide necessary reports to supervisor and track KPI compliance.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Express Service or Logistics.

• Knowledge of Inbound/Outbound Express operations and API IT system.

• Strong Excel and Word skills.

• Good command of English.
