Position: Customer Success Manager

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Day Off: Saturday Sunday
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals to successfully meet sales objectives.
- Architect and implement a successful Go-to-Market strategy, engaging potential clients through compelling presentations and strategic networking to expand our market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer segmentation data to formulate and execute actionable strategies that optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- A proven track record of exceeding B2B sales targets over a 3-5 year period. Ideal candidates will have achieved this success within sectors like Fintech, SaaS, AI, Tech, or BPO Collection.
- Native proficiency in Thai and business fluency in English are required.
- An enthusiastic, responsible, and results-driven executor with sharp critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A strong negotiator with excellent business-focused communication skills.
- Experience adapting and thriving in a multicultural, international company environment is highly valued.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
