Responsibilities

  1. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals to successfully meet sales objectives.
  2. Architect and implement a successful Go-to-Market strategy, engaging potential clients through compelling presentations and strategic networking to expand our market presence.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer segmentation data to formulate and execute actionable strategies that optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

  1. A proven track record of exceeding B2B sales targets over a 3-5 year period. Ideal candidates will have achieved this success within sectors like Fintech, SaaS, AI, Tech, or BPO Collection.
  2. Native proficiency in Thai and business fluency in English are required.
  3. An enthusiastic, responsible, and results-driven executor with sharp critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  4. A strong negotiator with excellent business-focused communication skills.
  5. Experience adapting and thriving in a multicultural, international company environment is highly valued.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  7. Only Thai people are needed.
