Position: Backend Developer

Workplace: G Tower, Grand Rama 9

Employment Type: Hybird Working

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00-18:00 

(Work from office 3 days/week, WFA 2 days. Flexible hours.)

Day Off: Saturday - Sunday



Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Java and Kotlin with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations to support business requirements.

• Design, implement, and optimize databases using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability through best practices and continuous improvement.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team standards and development practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in software development.

• Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Spring, and Spring Boot.

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend best practices.

• Experience working with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

• High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
