Position: HRD Assistant Manager
Workplace: Huai Khwang District, Bangkok 
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday (Onsite 100%)

Responsibilities:
Human Resource Development (HRD):
  • Plan and implement annual training and development programs aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design competency-based development plans.
  • Design and manage in-house training programs and coordinate with external trainers or institutes.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness (Training Evaluation & ROI).
  • Manage Performance Appraisal and Individual Development Plans (IDP).
  • Research and integrate new HRD trends, learning innovations, and digital learning tools, including Upskilling/Reskilling and AI-driven HR solutions.
Organization Development (OD):
  • Participate in organization structure design, career path development, and succession planning.
  • Drive OD initiatives such as Employee Engagement Surveys, Competency Frameworks, and Culture Programs.
  • Analyze and present organizational data to support strategic HR decisions.
  • Collaborate with management to implement company-wide engagement and development projects.
  • Champion corporate culture and internal communication activities to strengthen employee connection.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HRD and/or OD roles.
  • Strong knowledge of training design, competency management, performance appraisal, and employee engagement.
  • Experience in Retail or Sales Business Units is highly preferred.
  • Passionate about learning innovation, L&D trends, and organizational transformation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS or HR Tech platforms is an advantage.
  • Age not over 35 years old.
