Position: Sales Manager (Japanese Market)
Salary: THB 100K - 150K Bath/Per Month
Workplace: Hybrid / Onsite (Nakhon Pathom + Client Visits)
Work closely with Japanese customers and Thai factory teams
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Day Off: Saturday - Sunday
Candidate Requirements
- Japanese nationality (Male/Female)
- 5-7 years of Sales experience in a Manufacturing / Factory environment (must)
- Ability to coordinate and communicate between Japanese clients and Thai factory
- Experience as an Expat in Thailand or as a Japanese Partner/Representative is a plus
- Good command of Japanese (required)
- Good English communication skill
Key Responsibilities
1. Japanese Client Management
- Manage all Japanese customers of the company
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, negotiations, and ongoing relationship building
2. Communication Bridge
- Serve as the communication bridge between Japanese customers and the Thai factory
- Translate specifications, quality expectations, and delivery requirements clearly to internal teams
3. Sales Activities
- Present products and services, conduct sales meetings, and close deals
- No sales commission
- Conduct customer visits and factory walk-throughs as needed
4. Business Development
- Identify new opportunities within the Japanese market to support business growth
5. Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, client visit reports, and analytical updates for management
6. Role Transition
- Continue and inherit duties previously handled by the foreign partner stationed in Thailand
- Report directly to the COO (Male) and CEO (Female), both Thai nationals
- CEO has a strong background in Sales and provides strategic guidance
