Responsibilities :

1. You are a product evangelist with the ability to educate on the business value of AI Rudder solutions through detailed solution demonstrations of the value points.

2. You translate and align our products to maximize the customers ROI on value.

3. Identify where best to utilize specialists and experts in the sales cycle while taking a technical leadership role within the deal cycle.

4. Conduct PoC/PoV to help customers understand the solutions to their business requirements.

5. You will work on multiple prospects simultaneously prioritizing through engaged communication with other teams or through partners.

6. Keeping up to date on our technology, you will have a chance to present at webinars, conferences, or other marketing engagements

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of one or more of the following: After-sales and Project experience in Software-as-a-Service solutions.

2. Strong technical background proficiency in using large language model tools with basic ability in API integration.

3. Software background is to must-have, Key Account service experience is nice to have.

4. Project management, account management, problem-solving and analytics skills, service attitude, communication, and collaboration across teams.

5. Have business analytics experience; familiarity with SQL, Python or other database languages is a plus.

6. Superior solution scoping abilities, using existing solutions and influencing new product development.

7. Thai native speaker and strong English communication (a must). The ability to natively communicate in an Asian language is a huge plus.
